Price
Indicated prices exclude taxes and transport. Payment must be made in full before product delivery. Prices are subject to change without advance notice.

Clients from outside Canada must pay for customs charges and taxes in their own country at the moment of receiving the parcel. Those charges cannot be paid in advance to FS productions. For more information, contact your country’s customs agency.

Warranty
Products and accessories are covered under warranty for one year following payment date. The system must be used and handled according to their warranty or instructions. Any fault in following instructions or the warranty, or inappropriate handling of FS PRO SM1 system or its accessories, will void this warranty.

If one or many parts are defective during warranty period, FS productions reserve the right to replace or repair such piece or pieces free of charge. Transport fee, if necessary, must be paid by the buyer.

Delivery
Delivery time is two weeks to the United States and Europe, and one week to Canada. Delivery time is approximate, and can differ slightly.
You will be informed about that at purchase.
Clients will receive a tracking number by email a few days after payment.
Any damage to the parcel observed at reception, must be mentioned to the delivery person.
If merchandise is damaged, reclamation must be done the same day to the Delivery Company. In that case, you must advise FS productions by email, and send color pictures of damaged parts in the same day of reception.

Means of payments
Payment can be done in three ways: by money transfer, certified cheque, or credit card via Paypal.

For bank transfer, you must allow some days for your payment reception by
FS Productions.

There is no extra charge made by FS productions for money transfer and certified cheques. Certified cheques must be written to FS Productions.

Please, make sure to send the total amount detailed on the invoice, if not your order will not be processed. You will be advised by email, once your payment is fully done, your parcel will be delivered.

Charges made by your financial institution for certified cheques and money transfers will not be included in FS Productions invoice’s total amount. You must pay for them.

For payment via Paypal you must open a free account. You can estimate payment reception time by FS Productions in about a week.

Trade names
FS productions, FS PRO and FS PRO SM1 are registered trade names owned by FS Productions. Any other trade name found in this website or any other FS PRO camera stabilizer document belongs to the respective company.
